I recommend being 10 minutes early to your session start time. This allows us to begin your session on time and allows everyone in your session to be ready to go at start time. Your time will start whether you are present or not. Any minute late will cut into your time.
I will contact you within 24 hours of you scheduling your appointment to give you specific instructions as well as to hold your spot with your payment.
